I have math buckets and book baggies which allow me to provide different activities for students to help reinforce different concepts.
My word study groups and guided reading groups are differentiated according to student ability, strengths, and weaknesses.
I wrote lessons plans to have my assistants do an extra reading group with my students who are significantly above grade level in reading.
I also arranged for my assistants to work with the other assistants on our grade level to pull struggling students in very small groups to reinforce basic kindergarten concepts.
